professionals is how often they speak disparagingly about working in teams. That relates not just to the quality of the decisions those teams make, but also the activities of the team itself, so principally the meeting.


This is puzzling because as soon as organizations are faced with a complex decision task, whether it is in investment management, politics, industry or the military, the first thing they do is to put a team together.
